Any explanations of these ? and Sensor level warning bits that get assigned to various sensors ?

One of the best features in the ECU, no one else manages it as well as they do.

This is how I have mine set up, defined in three different response levels, and actions on the trips, critical items last in the series.
Just set it up so the first lot is minor (no action other than log book and flagging of issue)
Next group of sensors will be classed as 'moderate' triggers limp action' for those defined
Last group is critical (stuff that will fuck the engine) like a TPS (or some such critical input item) error for example on an inferior ECU will cause instant engine failure. Any of these go out of range the engine will shut off before damage occurs.
Additional to this which I did not take a screen shot of but is described in the video is you need to define each sensors high and low thresholds for any of this to work under sensor set up. And you are good to go. I also in my monitor screen and gauge screens define the gauges with high low warnings (color changes) which is another nice indicator to use prior to these levels being activate, though only useful for calibration purposes and a visual indicator of potential problems. *added pcis below*
Examples of mine below.
Other visual flags that are handy.
