Can anyone let me know the part number for the shottky diode i should use for the DCCD?

Don't know what a DCCD is. I suppose you need a flyback diode in parallel to an inductive load. Easy to get are the switchmode-supply recifiers.
Examples: MBR2045, MBR3045, those are ultrafast dual shottky diodes that make 45 volts and 20 or 30 amps.
