Where does one adjust the frequency of the PWM output for BAC idle control? Only setting I can find is under Idle Stepper Control > PWM Frequency. Thanks!

Have you looked at the "Throttle Bypass Valve" menu?

The output should also be configured as "Throttle Bypass valve A" unless you have a 3 wire valve in which case you can configure outputs A and B for each side in a push/pull setup.
