Supra TT ICV Outputs and Config

Hi guys,

i've got a little problem. So far car is running nice but the Idle Control Valve doesn't really seem to do it's job so i wanted to check if i've set the Output Pins and Idle Stepper Config right. Car is running via Supra PnP Loom.

First of the Output settings:

Idle Speed Control 1 - PWM 05
Idle Speed Control 2 - PWM 06
Idle Speed Control 3 - PWM 07
Idle Speed Control 4 - PWM 08

Idle Stepper Control settings:

PWM Frequency - 3000hz
Length of Step Sequence - 4
Output 1 Step Duty - 100% - 0% - 0% - 100%
Output 1 Hold Duty - 0% - 0% - 0% - 0%
Output 2 Step Duty - 0% - 0% - 100% - 100%
Output 2 Hold Duty - 0% - 0% - 0% - 0%
Output 3 Step Duty - 0% - 100% - 100% - 0%
Output 3 Hold Duty - 0% - 0% - 0% - 0%
Output 4 Step Duty - 100% - 100% - 0% - 0%
Output 4 Hold Duty - 0% - 0% - 0% - 0%
Step drive Time - 10ms
Hold power delay - 100ms
Initialisation Direction - Close
Number of steps for Initialisation - 180
Number of steps - 160
Minimum Target in Crank - 65%
Minimum Target in Run - 40%

No matter what i set in Idle Control(bypass duty/Target Speed) i can't get the Revs up above 800rpm it just varies between 600 and 800rpm depending on setting.

Is it the Settings in the Syvecs or the Valve itself?

Thanks :)

PWM Frequency - 3000hz

At least - driving frequency setting is way too high, if Toyota specs for the idle/auxiliary air valve are not known, try values between 30-100 Hz. Stepping sequence and hold power delay might be worth to verify also.

I'll give it a try, outputs are right?

I tried setting the PWM Frequency between 30-100hz every time the ECU said invalid Frequency and didn't want to start...

Okay i've switched the Outputs for the ICV:

Instead of
Idle Speed Control 1 - PWM 05
Idle Speed Control 2 - PWM 06
Idle Speed Control 3 - PWM 07
Idle Speed Control 4 - PWM 08

it is
Idle Speed Control 1 - PWM 07
Idle Speed Control 2 - PWM 05
Idle Speed Control 3 - PWM 08
Idle Speed Control 4 - PWM 06

It seems to be working now and i can adjust idle BUT i can't get it lower than ~800rpm. Any ideas?
