Small lean-outs on Tip-In

All,
I have some Tip-In issues (Transient Fuelling).
I have noticed that I always get small lean-out spike when doing a quick blip from say 1k rpm. I have added loads of fuel in the fuel map and it doesn't seem to make things better. I have played with the Transient Fuelling a lot and it also did not really make things better. I get a rich dip right after the blip and that does get worse or better playing with either Fuel map or Transient Fuelling.
So is it normal to get a small lean spike when blipping at low rpm? Please advise what things to check and perhaps somebody has a good working setting on a Subaru DBW MY06 with ID1000 injectors?? Thanks for any feedback.
Best Regards,
Jasper.
