Offline creation of logbook worksheets

Would it be possible to create some log data that has every possible channel populated so that it is possible to create worksheets "offline".
Even if the data is just full of zeros, it will be possible to create Maths channels and set-up custom worksheets before you've actually pulled the data off of the ECU.
This would be quite handy to help work out what sensor / IO requirement there is.
