I presume you mean whether it is possible to run multiple Syvecs applications together, in which case the answer is definitely yes. You can quite happily run SCal, SCfg, SData, SView together. It should even be possible to run multiple SCal instances talking to multiple ECUs on different LAN segments, or indeed the same LAN segment. There may be some exclusions, for example SCal may not want to play nice with SMsg, but since SCal displays the messages SMsg would display there's not much point; unless you ran SMsg to one ECU and SCal to another.
I imagine from your question about choosing between programs that you're not sure about what they all do. I am sure you're not the first and I cannot imagine you're the last, t up a post in the Software section to clarify this. Please feel free to have a look at that
