Tiny dash battery warning low during ignition on and start-up

Hello,

I have an issue with my Tiny dash, the battery voltage low warning keeps popping up during ignition on (and also sometimes during start-up).
During the ignition on part the battery voltage level is even above the minimum voltage value I set in the Tiny dash.
Only if I set the voltage low alarm back to default it doesn't trigger the alarm.

The battery low level is set to: 11V and I use firmware version 1.17 but the older version had the same issue.

Is this a software bug of did I misconfigure my unit?
Also is it possible to add a delay time (like the oil pressure warning) so during start-up if the voltage dips below the threshold it won't trigger an alarm?

Can you add a delay to the alarm ?

Voltage will certainly drop during cranking

That delay feature is currently missing for the battery voltage alarm, so I hope Syvecs can add it?

I have a TinyD on my N54 plug and play and it does the same thing with voltage warning. Interestingly, I also have a TIny on my Syvecs equipped GR Yaris, and that does not do it. Both have the same firmware.

I can confirm that with the firmware update 1.18 it's solved.

Even if the voltage reads above 11V, it's worth checking the battery health. A weak or aging battery might experience voltage drops that trigger the alarm.

Sometimes, during ignition, voltage can briefly dip due to the high current draw from the starter. This might trigger the low voltage alarm even if the voltage recovers quickly. Block Blast
