VVT failure help please 2GR-FE

Hi all, would someone be so kind as to take a look at this log file and help me to understand why the VVT went into limp mode?

It's a 2GR-FE engine with quad VVT and uses oil solenoids to control the cam angle.
Cam IO is:
Cam In 1 => AN05
Cam In 2 => AN07
Cam Ex 1 => AN06
Cam Ex 2 => AN08

The VVT error threshold is 10 degrees.

I can't see why it went into a failed state.

Any help appreciated.

Can anyone suggest addition values that I should be logging that might reveal why it's going into VVT Limp?

I know little about such things, but you are getting a load of spikes or something wrong on VVT2 inlet for whatever reason.

Maybe a sticky solenoid or something ?

The FB group always seems to get more traffic than here though

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely take a look at the Facebook group.

You think that the vvt2 in actual angle is spiking?
That's interesting as I do suspect a wiring issue in relation to that, I've already swapped the solenoid out.

It would be good to know what the syvecs is actually tripping on still.

Thanks again.

could be a wiring issue. I've no idea what the triggering setup etc is you're using, nor would I be familiar with setting that shit up anyway.

The spikes seem unrealistically high numbers for actual cam movement, so it could be wiring related.
