Hi,
I'm just trying to figure out what value to fuse my S6 Plus supply. I'm driving all significant outputs via relays so the draw at PVBAT and IVBAT should be relatively low - any thoughts?

There are no high-side drives apart from the H-Bridge drivers which you may or may not be using (as H-bridge or high-side) so there is no high current draw related to the outputs.

An S7I draws around 300mA just sitting there, and I would expect the S6+ to be similar: just add to that any current drawn from the H-bridge drives if used. For example, a DBW motor can draw 6-10 amps.

If as you say you are not driving anything significant, I'd probably go for 10A on the basis that any fault is likely to be "catastrophic" and you're mainly protecting the power wiring to the ECU - 20awg is Ok for 11 amps so 10A would be fine.
