Hi,
I'm having an issue connecting to Subaru MY01 PnP. I can connect with my old Lap top running Windows Xp professional so no issues with Comms lead etc, but new lap top on Windows 10 does not attempt to Scan for Device and gives message "There are no devices available".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reinstalling SSuite, as weird as that sounds. Check the last 2 responses in viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1197, I'm having the same issue on one of my laptops.
