The lambda heater would be operational regardless of whether closed loop is off or on. SO what exactly do you mean when you say you've turned lambda off ?
Do not run an unheated sensor.

I cannot see what spikes you refer to. Are you logging alternator control to see what it is doing ?

correct injector data should alleviate any major changes in fueling due to voltage changing. Although I doubt it would totally fix that aspect.

Obviously open lop fueling needs to be pretty good, with closed loop for the most part making only small changes.

And again log the items mentioned before to see what actions are happening.

I've had same issue on dyno today with evo X

Took 5-10 min to discover what was happening.

The issue is due to Ac Clutch turning on and off.

way to fix this is to tune accel enrichments.
