Hello
Can some one take a look at this calibration/logs , I am having the weirdest issue , everything works as it should but and only when the Clutch is pressed the engine will stall , example I can free rev the engine on neutral no clutch rpm will drop nice an smooth to target but if I press the clutch engine feels rough and rpm drop fast and engine stalls, this also happen when vehicle is been driven and down shift or sometimes up shifting stalls.
only difference in hardware from previous is a twin disc clutch from single disc CM450 to a CM725
I attached current calibration and two data logs one free rev stalling and other driving stalling
thanks

Re: Fk8 Stall issue
given you say the only change has been the fitment of a clutch...sounds more like something very wrong is happening when the clutch is being depressed as opposed to any issues with a calibration that you say had worked fine before.
If you get someone in the car to press the clutch, can you rotate the engine over by hand ? Maybe pull the plugs out so it can turn over more freely.
Or maybe get an inspection camera into the bellhousing to get a visual of what's going on ?
But you aren't really logging any idle parameters, or enough to get a full picture. But nothing looks overly untoward with the logs, other than rpm getting pulled down and stalling.
But as you say it will idle happily without the clutch pressed, and it is only pressing the clutch is a problem, sounds like something there is causing excessive load on the crank when it is pressed.
I can't see if you have any sort of clutch switch enabled or doing anything.
Does it change at a specific point on the clutch pedal ? Or progressive with load ?
edit. Just looking at the Cal, there is nothing configured in the ecu that I see relating to a clutch input to the ecu. It really does sound like a mechanical issue here.

Unusual, but figured it had to be mechanical.
