Most of the USB ethernet devices won't work with Syvecs from my experience.
I would suggest you to try another Windows 10 computer with built in ethernet + readymade ethernet cable.

Hi i tried 2 laptops windows 10
1 desktop windows 10 with built in ethernet so mo ethernet adapter

I can only suggest to have the supplying dealer to check the ecu out to see if they can have any luck. If it is not the cable, and the ecu is powered up....it seems rather unlikely all the computers are faulty.

I would be amazed if the ecu is faulty without some causation though. But your supplying dealer should be able to check it out.
