Lambda not reading

Hi everyone
My car has a toucan fitted and was monitoring everything fine.

But for some reason it won't monitor the lambda now?? But still monitors everything else.

Just reads 1.148.... and don't move what so ever. Even when driving or rev up...
Plugged laptop in to see faults and shows the below......

Lam1 voltage limit
Pedal Position A voltage limit

But these errors are showing up in YELLOW..... and not RED.

Anyone experience this before?????
