I know that S6 PnP is designed to fit standard ECU casing, but if we don't have one, would it be possible to have a case for it ? I own S6 PnP Subaru MY99-00

Simple answer, buy a used ECU and use the case. The PnP boards are designed specifically for the OEM case.
