Accordingly a AR input with a permanent pullup resistor should'nt be combined with a sensor having much less than 3k resistance, because of overpowering the pullup.
On the other hand a usage for 0 - 5 V input signals should be ok. But 0V means the same load to the pullup as if the input was shortened to ground by zero ohms resistance.
I'm tight in inputs and have to use AR3 = AN15 for a fuel pressure sensor that delivers 0 to 5 volts (stainless pressure sensor from JTI).
Does that work without a need to be worried about the pullup ?

It'll be absolutely AOK - the pullup will not affect the 0-5V sensor at all.

I was not sure wether i'll damage the input or not, as 0V and low resistance to ground will have the same effect to the pullup.
