In the process of updating RR banded NTK sensors.
These all currently are completed for Petrol for both ECU and Lam2Can applications.
Soon there will also be specific calibration curves for Ethanol and Methanol, yes there is a difference between them all and a not insignificant one either.

Have been working on establishing accurate  rich level readings for a while now, the reason for this is not as obvious at first glance and many people dismiss it as methanol only specific thing but its all in the details.

With direct help from Horiba I have a 'true' measurement that can be trusted and with a sprinkle of RR love and over 10 years of calibration experience using NTK sensors I will soon be offering a hand selected sensor that can be utilised in the range of Syvecs products especially the class leading 8 channel lambda can unit.

This has been the culmination of over 3 years of non stop work after finding out the mistakes baked into other alternatives on offer, thanks to all who have pushed me and helped me along the way, its taken ages and lots of hours but is worth it.

Will try to collate the thousands of hours (literally) into something the general punter can comprehend and why a DONMEGA RR CALIBRATED NTK is more than worth it, and is the only solution for applications where you don't want to second guess your readings or waste time trying to get it to match something that was never right to begin with.

How rich can you go?

This is the RR04 banded LZA08 sensor as I supply now for a long time off the shelf fitted to the Horiba marked with the 4mA sticker compared to the $1580 USD supplied factory Horiba NTK sensor, set to to read in logger better than 0.001 accuracy in full test span range (what is on screen is exactly whats in logs).

They are as close to perfect as you can get.

Rich range down to 0.328L or so depending on conditions and fuel type being tested, this is on Methanol. Where this is pertinent is pre turbine application where the partial pressure sensitivity at high TIP means you do actually need this rich range so the lamRaw can go low enough to give you an actual lam1 true value in a device like the Syvecs 8 channel lambda to can unit.

Of interest to some is the fact that my ECM 4800P units with factory new calibrated sensors and ETAS LA4 with factory delivered LSU all overlay to each other in common mixture ranges (0.650 L and higher) once set to correct ambient conditions of pressure temperature and relative humidity, as does the RR speced BDS9 Autronic work horse donmega meter to end all shop meters.

If you want to actually have a trusted calibrated NTK sensor for your Syvecs LR gear then feel free to reach around to me :)
