Some have asked to see a little more live detail action, here is a few picz
Having done hundreds ! of these sensors over the last nearly 10 years on the Syvecs/LR platforms you get to see allot and the processes improved.
I supply these to all serious users be they shops or individuals, every single sensor is done by hand at every point. One unit or cartons of them (any qty you need) if you are curious reach around to me and I will accommodate you.

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
Do you calibrate all NTK sensors?
YES
Even the motorsport and Leb grade?
YES
Is it really required?
YES
Can you supply them in batched sets?
YES
Can you show me the differences of the claimed accuracy sensor to sensor?
YES
If I am not running a RR calibrated sensor on my MoWreC LTC or Syvecs/LR ECU/L2C am I a moron?

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
To dumb this down for people (since I live in a bubble and think everyone understands what I put up here) every single 'RR' banded sensor is calibrated ! so what I am illustrating above is the simple well known fact that if you run a well developed curve but apply it to a random sensor supplied by anyone who has no idea of these effects you will have a wildly different reported mixture !
These are actual figures I guarantee, anyone is free if they have the ability to run it up themselves to validate my findings but a majority of my customers (shops etc) are already very familiar with this from their 'real world testing' the implication here is unless you know you have no idea why some chambers are running different to others. This happens on all systems all electronics, does not matter if its a $20,000 dollar ECM or a homo branded $200 piece of dog shit sold these days.
Every single unit needs to run a calibrated sensor, they all (sensors) vary, the higher stressed the engine and especially if you are doing per cylinder its mandatory and the costs are a non issue compared to the wasted time guessing what is happening and why.
It is a pure lucky dip when buying a sensor and unless your supplier knows what they are talking about then you will waste much time and just be guessing at best, forget the brand, there is zero point flexing like a hard kunt saying cause its XYZ brand its KING, facts are they all rely on the sensor and how that is characterised in your chosen box you worship/flex about on the internet socialz etc etc.

Re: NTK L2H2 New Linearisation
This is real live action:
SPREAD MASTER
Showing hot swap one sensor from a box (same batch code) to another, not this is not the largest variation seen but is what I would call a normal spread based on the hundreds of these I have calibrated over last 10 years for people, anyway this is the A typical 5% fuel error you will get if you dont account for it at this level of excess fuel setting in your ECU.
RR PROOF MASTER 4
The other pic is taking any RR batch selected sensor and hot swapping it in LIVE ! unit turned off, sensor changed out, unit turned back on, no other changes ! proving that RR hand selected sensors can be interchanged and run on the same RR calibrated supplied curve, this is a 'god send' for shops with engine dynos who are running multi cylinder set ups or multiple dyno rooms keeping just one calibration curve and cutting down the need to do multiple set ups in each which can get confusing and tedious to say the least !
