If it's blown Fuses, there is something bad.

Things are not sounding good at the minute

Hopefully it's fixable, as nothing more I can check with wiring, had company go all over it and all good. Just worrying as I would do nothing different from what I did.

First thing needed is to bench test the ECU away from that wiring.
Hopefully it will still be alive

Don't think you answered this. if the "cut" was using a kill switch, there is a good chance you fried the ECU.
