Putting a hole in the ignition map is not the way to prevent stalling on syvecs, since the idle strategy has a proportional ignition correction for idle error, and a general idle ignition compensation to reduce the advance when in idle (which is temperature and run time depenedant). So removing the hole in the table will give a crisper throttle response, because as soon as the throttle is oped a crack the ignition retard disappears and the engine responds much nicer.

Using the above means that your ignition corrections will always work around the current idle speed.
