Re: More Syvecs Plex CAN struggles
I am guessing you mean you used Cyl01Knock...Cyl04Knock in SCal? The scaling in SCal (at the top of the Transmit Content window with the selected item highlighted) says to use y=(x/40.96), and that the result is Percent, Signed. So I would set the multiplier in Plex to 1, Divisor to 40.96 and offset...

That would be the error, yes. None of your I/O must be UNDEFINED. Change all UNDEFINED items to NOT CONNECTED, if not in use.
No, I am intrigued as to what it does, but don't know either. It might output sync status or simply pulse once per engine cycle, once synced up.

Re: Controlling Aristo Auto Gearbox
Speaking under correction, but I think you would need to upgrade to a S6Plus, but best to ask your local dealer or sales@syvecs.co.uk
Some gearboxes require the expander, some the Plus, not sure which apply in your case.

I guess this is happening after you loaded your CAL after flashing?
Nothing undefined in the IO config?

Re: Impreza trouble starting
Only in the first log. In the other long startups, runmode says "Run", even though RPM is in the "Crank" range (below 600rpm) Not sure how to interpret those starting fuel log values, my starting logs also show that doubling of final fuel when cranking. Think it's best at this po...

Re: Impreza trouble starting
Those logs actually DO show something inconsistent. According to your CAL, the engine should be in the CRANK stat anywhere between 100 and 600rpm, and above 600rpm in the RUN state (normal fuelling, etc). But all the long stars (apart from 1), show the engine turning over at 150-200rpm, and in RUN m...

Re: Impreza trouble starting
Well I'd like to say it was fixed. But it's not. :( Do you think it could be too much fuel and I should start again? Start with low numbers and see if it starts any better? Is it possible to give a bit more detail? Is it still starting OK when cold, consistently? If it is getting a bit too much fue...

Re: Overrun Fuel Cut
Hi guys
Bringing this one back from the old age home. Are there any plans to implement this feature (closed throttle by PPS position) in future?
Thanks

Re: Impreza trouble starting
OK, looking at the logs, it seems like it is just a case of insufficient Preliminary injection. At ~20deg is starts up easily, at 85deg it takes a while, and at 95deg it coughs and drops back into cranking RPM (below 600) before picking up. In Starting -> Preliminary Fuel Injection 1 I would select ...

Re: Impreza trouble starting
Cool. I'm guessing that the was no difference in the starting speed... Let's try increasing the initial cranking pulse, and see what happens. In SCal, under Starting -> Preliminary Fuel Injection 1, highlight the entire map by selecting the -30 cell, then pressing and holding Shift then press right ...
