could the 36-2-2-2 crank trigger be playing a part? theres got to be 1000's of r35's out there. what am i doing wrong.

with the smd700, i set it up to alert me when knock ign retard was >2 degrees.. etc etc for all cylinders. so when i knocks i can quickly see if a cylinder is prone.

technically, probs a good idea. but twisted should be fine. i know alot of oem use single core shielded. ie assuming signal on the inside and gnd as the shield. unless the loom has the knock sensor wires running parallel next to the coil or injector wires or hopefully not next to a cdi box or someth...
