GDI Injection Angle Tuning

Hello,I am currently tuning a direct injection. Now I have to adjust the injection angle. What is the best way to proceed? How do I determine the perfect value? Actually The perfect value should be where the lambda control regulator goes down, right? e.g. WOT, Lambda 0.80 with 0% control, as soon as...

s8 idle

I have completely set my idle in openloop so that runs well. after switching to closed loop I noticed that I need 2% in the open loop and 3.5% in the close loop (at 90 degrees engine temperature) how can that be? I set all correction values to zero in the close...

Re: ecu issues

Attitude ? Your screenshots shows you have downloaded multiple log files. Ideally for this you want one long file. ie, set logging to start at 0rpm, 0 throttle, 0 speed etc, so if the ecu is powered up, it is logging regardless of engine running ( with similar logging off parameters ) If need be op...

Re: ecu issues

Your engine does still run, albeit badly when you have lost comms with the ecu, for several seconds after comms is lost So the ecu must still be alive in order for the engine to be running. IMO that does point to a communications issue, at least in that respect whether cable or otherwise. If the ec...
